Experience the stunning ethereal view for yourself from this unique glass walled and roofed establishment that sits 300m above the turquoise waters of Lake Tekapo. It comes highly recommended as a must-do on your travels through the Mackenzie District Getting there: just south of the main township of Lake Tekapo turn on to Godley Peaks Rd. A few minutes down the road you'll see the gateway on your right, and the road which leads to the summit (and cafe!). If you prefer to walk, take a look at the tourist information maps, or just follow the signs from beside the Alpine Springs Hot Pools complex.
