Providing Manawatu mums-to-be and new mums a supportive, safe, educational forum to regain their bodies back, with a holistic approach to Exercise and nutrition. Services Provided include: - Pregnancy Exercise - Post Natal Foundation courses (Getting the body back structurally after pregnancy, focusing on core and hip stability.
