About Award winning learning & development programme for babies from birth to 13 months. Singing & signing, bubbles, lights & more to stimulate baby's senses! Story Babies learn more in the first year of life than at any other time. Never again will there be such an extraordinary pace of development. They are totally attentive and absolutely fascinated by everything that they can see, hear, touch, taste and smell. Baby Sensory provides hundreds of sensory development activities that are great fun for parents and babies to share in the vital first year. The Baby Sensory programme consists of over 40 themed lesson plans, so every week you will share new sensory experiences with your baby including fibre optic light shows, bubbles, bells, musical fun, baby signing, puppet shows, amazing light balls and so much more. Our Baby Sensory programme has been designed specifically for babies from birth based on current research into babies’ development. Each activity is supported by the provision of developmental information, so that parents can discover how to lead their baby’s learning forwards, both within the class and at home. These parties can run in your own home or at a venue of your choice and are suitable for any occasion when parents and babies are coming together for a celebration. We work with you to design a bespoke session with activities suited to your theme or occasion. We run parties for: •First Birthdays; •Christmas Parties; •Groups of parents and babies attending a wedding; •Christenings and Naming Ceremonies: • School Fayres. The baby development activities stimulate the senses and help your baby grow and develop during that all-important first year of life. We are confident that these parent and baby activities will delight and surprise you and your baby. We use a combination of original and traditional songs and rhymes to develop early communication skills. You will always remember the moment your baby first uses the signs of our Say Hello song which is played at the beginning of each Baby Sensory class. The various baby activities aim to build up a vocabulary of sensory experiences (e.g. visual, auditory and tactile), to enhance physical contact (massage, reflexology, touching, cuddling and rocking) between you and your baby, and to promote the development of speech through the use of sign language, music, song and puppets. Activities vary weekly. All activities are excellent for developing physical, social and emotional, and language skills, co-ordination, awareness of the world, a love of music and the concentration so needed for further development.
