About Hunting guide and adventurer available for hire as guide and shooting coach pretty much anywhere on the planet. Story How we operate at Onward: - For safety reasons groups of 3 or more shooters are required to have 2 guides on hunts regardless of the experience of the hunters. - We prefer not to use quad bikes or other types of ATV's/Utes. - A reasonable standard of fitness is required as terrain is hilly and, at times steep. - Butchering of animals is: $25 to skin and quarter per animal $50 for full butchering (breakdown of carcass into meat/muscle groups) per animal - All hunts are self catering - Accommodation is shearers quarters in a woolshed complete with toilet, shower and kitchette. - We encourage the use of hearing protection but do not recommend ear muffs/defenders (prefer earplugs) as they are too bulky and difficult to take on/off when moving around and listening to your guide - Hunts are charged as: $500 standard guiding $350 guiding during culling periods Additional guide: $150 Meat deer are $150 each and we field dress if requested. Stags vary greatly in antler size and prices start from $500 for the big boys.
