Story
CranioSacral Therapy is a whole-body treatment that releases soft tissue, improves fluid flow, realigns the body, and frees up the osseous (bony) components of the body.  Craniosacral works very specifically with the meningeal membranes and craniosacral fluid, and as such is very effective for disorders concerning the head and spine.  It is effective in many areas too numerous to enumerate but some of there are:

* Headaches, neck/back pain, head trauma
* Soft tissue disorders, pain relief; post op
* Stress-related disorders, anxiety, depression
* Babies: colic/reflux, birth trauma, unsettled

It is safe for all ages, literally from newborn babies to 90 year olds.  It is non-invasive but works at a very deep level.

I have been practising as a CranioSacral Therapist for over 20 years and am certified with the Upledger Institute, Florida, U.S.A.  I work using general CranioSacral techniques, as well as specialising in Pediatrics (working with newborn infants through to children), and SomatoEmotional Release which is emotional releasing at the body/mind level.

I have been a Reiki Master/Teacher for 25 years and give Reiki treatments.   In addition, I take classes for people to learn Reiki and energy techniques.

I am also a practising registered singing and piano teacher - Licenciate with Trinity College, London in Singing and Theory, (Teaching and Performance) and Associate Trinity College, London in Piano Performance.
