About We are open Monday - Sunday 5pm until late www.thebistro.nz Story The Bistro is a Taupo locals eatery, producing simple contemporary New Zealand food with the freshest regional ingredients. The Bistro is a family owned Restaurant set up by local Chef Jude Messenger. Jude’s outlook on cooking is “Simple But Nice”. The Bistro provides a European style dining experience at a price that the average Kiwi can afford. We are open from 3pm until midnight, Tuesday to Sunday. Come in and check it out for yourself.
