About CENTRAL BUTCHERY THE BUTCHERY WHO LOOKS AFTER THEIR COMMUNITY Story Central Butchery was first estabished by Ray and Anne Taylor 30 years ago. Ray and Anne has now passed down the family business to his only son Daniel and wife Chevy. Daniel had been employeed by his father previously but has recently returned from Tauranga where he was butchering for nine years at Bethlehem Butchery. Chevy has come from a financial and management background in retail.
