About RAW Fitness is the premier group, semi-private and personal transformation programme in the Bay of Plenty! Story RAW Fitness is a 60 minute small group PT class consisting of mobility, strength and high intensity metabolic conditioning designed around your goals. RAW was created to take training beyond just aesthetics. Using natural human movements and lifts, we aim to deliver real fitness to real people. We can scale our workouts to suit either the elite athlete or the first-timer at the gym - but we need people who are driven to improve! The key to success with us is the sense of community that comes with working hard in a group of like-minded people.
