A warm welcome to Angeni,where you can experience holistic healing in a supportive, safe and nurturing environment.

As a Massage and Reiki Practioner I will create a beautiful place of tranquality where you can relax, rejuvenate and restore your well being.

Counselling training has equipped me with the skills to assist you to understand and work through your emotional turmoil.
I will be offering:

Reiki - releases stress and tension, may reduce blood pressure, can help with acute injuries and chronic problems (asthma, eczema, headaches etc, supports the immune system.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy - reversing negative patterns of thinking, addressing bad habits, trains on how to appropriately deal with stress, calmly addresses fears, anxiety, phobias, increases self esteem, decreases strain of depression in one's life.

Bach Flower Remedies - are a simple, natural and effective system of healing.  When used in combination every negative emotional state can be helped.

Massage - relieves stress, encourages relaxation, improves circulation, lowers blood pressure, helps manage pain, improves flexibility, relieves tension headaches, decreases depression, strengthens immune system.
