Beach house accomodation, situated at the top of Paku Hill, Coromandel, Aotearoa. We love sunny sizzling BBQ's, lazy beach days and panoramic deck views of the pacific ocean.

Linen is available by request for a flat fee of $60. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to bring your own linen.

Cleaning is available by request for a flat fee of $60. Or, once again you can complete the cleaning yourself.

Wireless Broadband Internet is available for a small fee of $10 per stay

    This is available for an additional flat fee of $100 per night or $200 for  public holidays

    Second bathroom: toilet, vanity, shower

The studio isn’t self-contained (there is no kitchen or lounge), but provides the option of additional beds and an additional bathroom if you so choose. It is located immediately next to the house, but does not have internal access from the house. It is not rented separate to the house, therefore there will only ever be one booking staying at the property at one time. It is a brand new renovation in 2011, so modern, stylish and super cosy.
