About:
About Colville Community Health Trust has now partnered with Colville Social Service Collective to work on the COLVILLE COMMUNITY FACILITIES PROJECT Story The Colville Community Health Trust (CCHT) has been working for over 8 years to build a targeted health facility in Colville Village. After working together informally for many years, in 2015, CCHT formally partnered with Colville Social Service Collective (CSSC) to strengthen the management team and further the project. You can find out more information about CCHT & CSSC: COLVILLE COMMUNITY HEALTH TRUST https://www.colvillecommunityhealthtrust.com/ COLVILLE SOCIAL SERVICE COLLECTIVE http://www.cssc.net.nz/ New Strategic Direction: In coming together, and in wanting the best outcomes for our communities the Trusts carefully considered the needs and aspirations of our communities, and developed a new shared vision and mission for the partnership. With the needs of our communities in mind, we have reviewed the scope of the project and widened it to address the health and wellbeing (especially of those with high needs such as the elderly), housing, education, and recreational needs of our communities. We have called it the ‘Colville Community Facilities Project’. Mission Our vision is to have: Northern Coromandel communities that have the infrastructure to support the provision of services and opportunities which contribute to their long-term wellbeing & sustainability. Our mission as partners is: To develop and build community facilities which enable ongoing community access to a wide range of services and accommodation options.
