Story Take a leisurely ride through the headwaters of the Urenui River. 1200 acres of back country farm meandering 6km into Taranaki’s largest reserve with the North Islands highest Brown Kiwi population. 15km of tracks and safe easy riding with stunning views of gullies, river flats, hills and plateaus, wild goats, pig and endangered bird species. An experienced guide accompanies all treks. We welcome all riders, from novice to experienced and take groups of up to 12 riders. All equipment is provided and fitted to suit the rider. Spend time getting to know your horse, before embarking on an adventure you’ll never forget!
