Located just 10 minutes from Putaruru or 20 minutes from Tirau, Poplar View Farm Stay offers well-equipped cabins that each sleep up to four people.

Your hosts, Terri and Simon, will welcome you onto their 409 hectare dairy farm for a peaceful and refreshing break in the countryside. All cabins include a private bathroom, full kitchen, tea and coffee, linen, towels and a BBQ should you choose to enjoy dinner as the sun sets over the farm.

Start the day by taking a tour with Simon through the cow sheds at milking time, pop in for brunch at Arapuni's famous Rhubarb Cafe, see birds, bats, frogs and reptiles at Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari and relax in the thermal waters at Okoroire Hot Springs. Enjoy a nearby bush walk, cheese tasting, river adventure or glow worm tour - there's no shortage of things to do nearby.
