Rachel is an experienced Remedial Masssage Therapist who focuses on an individuals needs, injury based or muscle tension due to work & life's stresses.

Story
My name is Rachel Tongia (née Stephenson). I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. I have worked in the fitness industry for more than 15 years, in both New Zealand & Australia.

For the same amount of time I have also been an elite athlete, playing Touch Football for New Zealand and Rugby Union in 7's & 15's at a provincial level.

I love to live a healthy lifestyle but my passion is to help others (pretty obvious in the professions I gravitated towards).

This has been my business page, however, I am now following my hubby around the world as he plays professional Rugby Union - we are currently in Biarritz, France.

I feel blessed to live a life of chasing dreams - the current chapter is Rugby dreams, however, as we travel I hope to continue to use this space to keep connecting, maybe even inspiring and motivating others to live a happy life!
