Story
Hi and Welcome to Silkies.

My name is Sarah, I have been a florist for 6 years and have worked in New Zealand, Australia and for an internet based flower company in New Zealand.

I am now a stay at home mum to a beautiful little girl who keeps me super busy and makes me so happy.
But now it is time to combine both my home life and my passion for flowers by working from home.

I work with some great silk flower compaines to ensure top quality artificial flowers for all occasions.

If you are planning your wedding, silk flowers are perfect! 
You don't need to worry about them wilting or watering them, they are easy to transport and travel since they are lightweight (destination wedding), but best of all, you can keep your bouquet afterwards!
