About LIFT delivers youth employment, supporting young people into sustainable employment and self-employment. Our vision is 100% employment for the HB region. Story LIFT delivers youth employment, the vision being 100% youth employment for the Hawke's Bay region. LIFT provides work-readiness, resources, tools, training, work experience and pastoral support. Activities and services are also provided to employers in our region, creating wrap-around pastoral care and pathways to transition young people into employment. Establishment of LIFT has been a direct response to issues identified through our engagement with young people, parents, whanau, communities, service providers, tertiary and secondary education/training sector and employers in Hawke’s Bay.
