About I am a NZ Registered Nutritionist working out of Waiuku Health Centre. I am here to help you achieve wellness through your food and lifestyle choices. Story Hello, I am Kathryn I have spent the last decade immersed in the world of nutrition and dietetics. I studied to be a Dietitian through the University of Otago and have since worked for two district health boards, as well as a private eating disorders clinic. My experience extends from paediatrics to elderly care, fussy eating/food aversion, allergies, weight management and disease prevention to women's health and gastro-intestinal health. My ambition is to cut through the diet fads to give sound, individualised, holistic and evidence based nutrition advice. I aspire to inspire people to live healthier lives and ultimately make life-long changes that will heal and bring wellness. There is no one size fits all diet. We are all unique and come with our own genomic, environmental, social and spiritual picture. As a nutrition expert my job is to examine all of these facets in relation to scientific literature to help you achieve your wellness goals.
