About Personal training company set up by a fully qualified instructor.one on one or group sessions.the mums out there, i look after your child while you train. Story My name is Sarah. I have been working as a Personal Training and Fitness Instructor for 9 years now. My expertise ranges from: - Weight Loss - Half marathon/Marathon Training - Muscle Tone - Family/Friend sessions - Nutrition - Program Prescription - Rehabilitation - And all round motivation to reach your goal. prices are $30 an hour. first session excluded I also can look after your kids while i train you.
