We work with our client as a project manager to achieve their goals and ensure a stress-free building process.

LISTEN

We provide a free consultation during which we listen and discuss with a potential client their ideas for their building project offering innovative, yet practical, advice on building layout, style and cost. We find this meeting invaluable in enabling us to understand our client’s vision.

DESIGN

Our initial focus, using information from our consultation, is to create an accurate 3-Dimensional CAD model of your proposed building modifying it until it’s exactly what you want. This 3-D model then enables us to accurately cost your project so that there are no surprises throughout the remainder of the building process.

ORGANISE

We then get the project started which includes organising all necessary plans, building consents and any other documentation required for your build.

Throughout the entire building process we liase with Council, the building contractors and all other tradesmen to ensure complete precision, professionalism and quality for your project.

We have a database of qualified tradespeople that we recommend or are able to deal with tradespeople of your choice. We do our best to ensure a stress-free build for our clients.

SUPPLY

We schedule and supply all materials required for your build direct to site. This minimises delays to your build as materials are delivered in a structured manner to site ensuring no delays to contractors already on-site.
