Story
Hi, I'm Glyn Slade, an Authorised Financial Adviser for Home, Investment and Business Loans.
I have been in the finance industry for over 40 years. I have worked as a Mortgage Adviser since 1999 in the greater Auckland area and in 2010 I started my own company, Slade Consulting.

I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping my clients find the right finance to achieve their dreams.

With so many financial institutions to deal with, I do all the 'leg work' for my clients saving them time and talking the hassle out of it for them.

I work with a lot of first home buyers and my goal is to make the process easier and less stressful for them.

I have years of experience in complex lending structures which leads to successfully building clients property portfolio and structuring investment loans correctly.

I have helped my clients refinance and obtain low interest rates as well as being able to borrow more if needed from another lender.

I also help clients with a 'top up' home loan to borrow for, buying an investment property; or holiday home; carrying out home improvements etc.

I am based at my Waiuku home office, however I have offices in Manurewa, Manukau, Pukekohe and Papakura.
