About Early childhood care for babies to 5 year olds Story A lovely, open plan centre divided into two main areas: babies to (early) 3 yrs, and (older) 3yrs to 5 yrs. Our two playgrounds can remain separate or be opened up for all the children to play together. Mission To provide a safe, friendly and educational environment for the children of Whangarei Heads."Parua Bay Childcare opened in February 2010, and we cater for children aged 3 months to 6 years. We are lucky to have a spacious outdoor area which offers sun in the winter, and shade in the summer.
