Story
Donna Flavell has designed this programme as a self help and educational self awareness tool which allows people to tap into their own wisdom surrounding their issue, read more about the concept as well as providing affirmations to help encourage an intention of a new way of thinking & of being.  
In addition individuals are supported throughout the process with an Essence or Remedy to take (a little along the lines of your own personal 'Rescue Remedy') to help on an energetic level, initiating change with new perceptions and possibilities, giving a strong yet gentle assistance while helping to support, sustain and maintain them through their progress.
 The Essences of D’Light ranges of vibrational essences, book and wisdom card programmes can be easily and simply be used by individuals; is an invaluable tool to compliment Practitioners or Therapists for use with their clients, as well as maximising staff morale, performance & outcome within business situations.
She has since created an Essences of D’Light Chakra range and is working on her second book to accompany this range of Essences as well.
