Story
The Centre of a thriving Albany

30 years ago, Albany was largely still rural. Today it’s one of the fastest growing suburbs in the country. From the Centre, you can see development happening in all directions. To keep up with this phenomenal growth, there are new restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment facilities opening up all over the place. And this is attracting more people to Albany, requiring even more things to open to keep up with the demand.

Albany is a happening, vibrant and thriving place and the Centre is located right at the heart of everything. We recognised Albany’s potential many years ago and that's exactly why we've developed the Centre. The area still has plenty more to offer so we'll keep working hard to ensure the Centre helps make Albany an even more desirable place to live, work, play and of course, shop.

Getting Here

Only 15 minutes drive north of the Auckland CBD, the Centre is situated right in the heart of Albany.

Being located adjacent to State Highway 1 means convenient and easy access for both north and southbound shoppers. Access to and from the motorway is closest via Greville Road exit. Click here for directions.

Alternatively, catch the bus. The Northern Express from downtown Auckland stops at Albany Park n Ride, about 15 minutes walk away.
Opening Hours

The Centre is open 7 days a week. Every store keeps its own hours so check out their individual listings. During the week the Centre is open 9am – 5.30 Monday to Friday with a late night on Thursday.

In the weekend, the hours are generally 9 – 5 on Saturdays and 10-5 on Sundays.

Parking

Over 1300 parking spaces (including 270 covered parking spaces) means that finding a parking space is never an issue. The Centre is built around the car park making ever store conveniently located no matter where you leave the car.

Parking is free for shoppers. 
Electric Vehicle Charging

An electric vehicle charging station is located at the northern end of the Centre, outside The Warehouse.
Accessibility

There a number of clearly marked accessibility carparks with easy wheelchair access to the footpath. Once on the footpath, every store in the Centre is accessible. 
Toilets & Parents Room

The toilets are located in the northern end of the Centre, near The Warehouse. 
Accessibility and Parent facilities are provided.
