ART FOR EVERYONE! If you're staring at a blank wall in your home trying to picture your dream work of art, then head to a place where visions come to life. Visit Christchurch's largest art show and take part in the South Island's art sales event of the year! View and buy original quality artworks from established and emergent New Zealand artists, hundreds of artists and thousands of artworks priced from $50-$5,000. All works are for sale and once purchased you can take your precious art home with you to enjoy. At The Christchurch Art Show no day is ever the same. Our exhibition involves a wide range of styles and mediums that are constantly changing. As each original artwork sells new works are hung in their place for sale. On the opening night The Christchurch Art Show begins with a special preview of works, this is the first chance for guests to view and purchase the work on offer for 2015. The opening also provides the opportunity to witness the art award announcements and too celebrate with live music, good food, wine, painting demonstrations and spot prizes. Opening Night - Thursday 11th June - 7:30pm Tickets: $35.00 Show Days: $10 - Adults $8 - Senior Citizens Children under 10 free of charge Friday: 10am - 7pm Saturday: 10am - 7pm Sunday: 10am - 3pm • 1500 square metres of space available in the Events Centre • Onsite licenced café • Eftpos, credit card facilities available • Cash and carry - Artwork removed on purchase • Wrapping room and courier services available • Free parking
