Edinburgh Realty was formed in 1995 by three established Dunedin property consultants – Mike Elford, Peter Wilson and Jim Columb. Why? Because they wanted to create a company that worked the way that Otago people work: a company that was friendly, listened properly, communicated openly and got on with the job.

The service was very bad.  This was the worst service i have ever met.The house that i wanted to rent was in Dunedin.

This is the most unprofessional place to go, the staff are all rude and unhelpful as well as as not taking any responsibility. The only thing they know how to say is that "this house has lots of  interest"so the customer has to make a contract fast and pay more for the house. Don't go here

Absoulty the worst place to go for a house as a tenant, the are cheating people who are rude and unprofessional, they have no idea of the laws in New Zealand.They are honestly the mafia of housing in dunedin. Dont go at all.

Still waiting to hear back after 3 weeks from talking to Agent.

Thanks to Martin and the team at Edinburgh Realty for making the flatting process as easy and enjoyable as possible this year. I always felt I could approach Martin with any concerns or issues. He was easy to contact and always replied promptly, which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend renting through these guys.
