I have just received a beautiful hamper box for Christmas from my daughter in Brisbane. We are going to enjoy everything. The box is so lovely I am going to keep it for storage. Once again you have done an amazing job. My daughter and I have been using your company for about 8 years and we have never been failed yet. I still have some of the pots that were included in parcels. You put so much thought into your products.
It was the first time ordering from Edible Blooms after reading awesome reviews. Ordered a cake and bucket of edible blooms for hubbys birthday. It was more than i expected. My order arrived on time, The cake was beautiful and the strawberrys and toppings were freshly made ! Amazing experience !thank you sarah !
Due to a large number of bereavements in our work place and knowing that some of them had a huge amount of flowers turning up like a florist shop I have started to order from Edible Blooms and I’m not disappointed. Exceptionally professional company, great communication, fast delivery and an impressive point of difference. From start to finish the very best customer service. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
We have purchased Edible Blooms on multiple occasions for corporate gifts at work, and I ended up needing to purchase a last minute gift. Sarah was so responsive via email and managed to arrange a pick-up the next day which was so appreciated, and the gift turned out amazing. Terrific service. I had left it a little late to get a present to my daughter. I ordered it on Friday and was told earliest delivery was going to be the 23rd. Her Birthday was the Saturday the 21st. I sent a little note asking if possible, could they get it to her on the Saturday. To her delight it did arrive. Thank you so much for making the effort to deliver it to her. Very much appreciated. The present was gorgeous. Would definitely use this business again.
First time using this company and I was not disappointed. I made a mistake during the order, so emailed and received a quick response from Sarah who corrected the mistake without any problems. I contacted her a couple of times the day of the delivery and she was always accommodating. Most importantly my daughter loved her gourmet donuts which were delivered on time. Thanks Sarah and team!
Ordered these for two staff members who were leaving. As I don't like sending flowers they die within a few days and are not sustainable I prefer something a bit more lasting. These are perfect! Look so pretty and replicate a bunch of flowers. Great customer service too.
Thank you for an excellent service. The recipient was very impressed with the edible gift box as well as the presentation thereof and I was so impressed with how easy it was to go on line and order, hassel free, quick delivery, of a beautiful gift, to my loved one. Highly recommended!
The only thing worse than the improperly supplied damaged item is the disgusting arrogant customer service that takes weeks without resolve. The entire process has been completely unnecessary if the item couldn't be supplied as displayed then I'm not sure it how it becomes my problem when they decide to roll the dice and send something else without confirmation. They blindly disregard anything they don't feel like answering and make no attempts to follow their own refund policy, uphold any decent standard or good faith. It's a real shame such a business we wished to use frequently has let themselves down so far beyond repair now.
