First time I ordered flowers from the shop for sympathy of uncle's family. The Florist of the shop did it very well. My aunty n my mom love it. Thank you for making them feel better during a hard time.
Wonderful service and friendly owner! Had a wonderful yarn whilst preparing and really brightened up the day given it was very stormy and gloomy outside! Room smelt lovely and fresh, and wasn't too cold either. All flowers were outstanding quality, volour and variety
My daughter is very disappointed with Wild At Heart florist, Fielding. She ordered flowers on Tuesday morning to be sent to her daughter at boarding school for her 16th birthday. She received a receipt saying the order had been received and was being processed. The flowers never arrived. A phone call in the morning resulted in my daughter being told that they had run out of flowers and couldn't do them until Thursday or Friday. There was no 'sorry'. A simple phone call would have been nice! Sorry, Wild at Heart - not good business!
