I have been attending ECP for over 5 years, first doing the recommended bulk sessions for my heart condition and minor stroke and now for weekly maintenance. This gives me extreme confidence in regards to continuing good heart health. Luke is totally professional and his rooms and beds are up to date, along with his knowledge of heart health I have bought my brother over from Australia for this treatment after having a triple by pass, he also swears by this treatment I have also recommended to many and will continue to do so. Great for sportspeople as well I will continue to have this treatment each week for life as part of my fitness and general good health Luke is the man to go to!
I had heard of ECP doing research on natural ways to help heart disease, as I was facing a bypass operation. I decided on having stents, and doing ECP around June last year. Initially, Luke was unable to do ECP as my BP was dangerously high. Within a couple of weeks of having stents, I started my 35 sessions. The results were great as I was able to exercise far more without any discomfort, and my BP was dramatically reduced. It’s given me peace of mind for the future, and would be doing ECP regularly if I lived in Auckland. I plan on doing more next year to maintain the benefits I received, and will continue to do so over the years. I found Luke to be very professional, knowledgeable and caring and recommend ECP to people with heart disease, or who would like to maintain good health easily.
I had a heart attack 10 years ago and was recommended to try the ECP treatment. I have been attending ECP Australasia Limited since its inception and have regular treatments which not only assist with keeping my heart in good order as a preventive for any further events but also assist pyschologically in removing unnecessary ongoing worry about the condition. Luke Barwell who operates the service is not only highly professional with his cutting edge equipment and analysis but is also extremely personable, dependable and helpful. I was facing a tripple bypass surgery and my friend Peter in Melbourne suggested ECP and he told me about Luke. I contacted Luke and after a few discussion I decided to attempt the ECP treatment. To be honest I was a bit apprehensive at first but that was soon sorted by the way Luke handled me. It was the best thing I have done because after having had 50 session i was cleared by my heart surgion. I initially had the standard 35 session but for me that was not sufficient and hence came back to have another 15 session. All the sessions were taken over a short timespan because I could not affort to travel to Auckland every few days. Luke was very accomodating and the results were outstanding. Before I went for the treatment I was not able to walk up our hill without stopping to take a rest. After the treatment I was vertually able to run up the hill. I recommend the ECP treatment to all and I believe that it should be a first port of call instead of invasive operations.
I have been using Luke and ECP's services for the last year or 2 as I am an athlete and I can't speak highly enough of the team. Luke's expert knowledge helped answer all of my questions and the results have been phenomenal. Cheers team!
