Took a wrong turn as it was my first time going here and instead of directing me one the the staff, old men white hair started shoyting at me from a forklifter sounding horn at me multiple timea. Very rude!! Please educate your staff to do better instead of taking it out on people.
Jess was amazing!! So friendly and helpful, especially when our car broke down, she gave us comfy chairs to sit on! Thank you Jess!!

Not great experience, messy understaffed place considering how much money they make from reselling electronic equipment etc.
Very friendly staff. EcoSort open day informative and I learned something. Will be recycling rubbish carefully now.
