Very poor service and so unprofessional They booked my ticket from wellington - Auckland-Dubai-Toronto When I went to wellington Airport for my international flight to Auckland The jet star staff said they are not operating any flights to Auckland from Wellington from last couple of months and moreover there has not been any booking made as they are not taking any bookings I had to buy an emergency ticket for $400 to Auckland as I had my next connecting flight within few hours When I called them for my refund for my flight to Auckland they replied there are No refunds for this. Wow!!! I suffered alot on Airport because of them and even not a single penny got returned

Hey guys ECO travels is doing frauds. I was asking for refund process for my air new Zealand flight and they ask me $100 for refund process.However, they already got commission when I booked my ticket and they said that Airline will send money to my account in next 6-8 weeks. Apart from this, I approach air new Zealand and they said its not refundable tickets. As per my understanding after taking money from me they could probably say sorry Airline has declined your refund, so basically they ask $100 just to say sorry! Don't go with these guys
The ticketing team and staff are very kind and friendly. They help you out with the best tickets in Lower Hutt. Very helpful over the phone and getting across to the best destinations with really reasonable packages. Highly recommend them.
