Team member Adnan, Was such a time waster, after confirming the price when I said go ahead and book it, he came back to me after half n hour said ticket not available at the same price, the price has gone up. How disappointed it was. everywhere you can hold the tickets up to 48 hours at the same price. However at Eco travels price fluctuation ratio is very high.. Check everything in advance before go further with them. Also be careful they have very high fluctuations so please book your tickets within 15 minutes, don’t take half an hours to think guys. how annoying is that.

Very bad experience, unprofessional staff, don't know how to do customer service, don't take any responsibility to help the customers, very disappointed, won't go to eco travels ever, very very very bad customer service You have my contact details just check in your system i have booked my flight from akl to delhi on 9 January.

The worst company to contact for air travel , I was fooled by the commitment of service that they show . I cancelled the ticket it’s 12 weeks and no refund , no fool or up , even after several phone calls no response it’s better to book directly with airlines they refund within 3 business days . No one is bothered in that company for anything I was fooled please please don’t get into ECO TRAVEL TRAP. Pathetic customer service
