I booked a ticket few years ago and had a bad experience. The agent told me that the rates has been changed before the expiry date of the quote. I contacted the upper management but they did not resolve the issue. I paid 200 more than the normal price. Poor service.

I didn’t book tickets with them because they never responded in the first place. They advertise in Facebook with some Offers and immediately when I texted I got no response. Not a satisfactory customer service.

They can’t even talk in proper manner. Disgusting.
