Was very impressed with my driver Karl's hospitality in addition to a smooth drive he made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my journey. I must commend him for his sterling service. Will surely use this reliable company next time.
Nice stuff, great drivers, however i give only two stars. Absolute chaos. I have booked taxi week earlier to the airport and nobody showed up. When i called they havent seen my order, even tho i have given all necessary details the week earlier: two phone numbers, flight number and i asked twice during this conversation is that all and will taxi show up on time. On the other occasions their taxis are always booked in advance and its not possible to order anything for "today". No apologies needed, mistakes happen, but its not the first time when all the 7s let me down. I hope someone will improve all procedures.
Very poor service, ordered a taxi just to be told they don t have any, before i even mentioned it was for an hour later. When i did all i ve been told was "probably won t have one then either"
Booked return transfers to Gatwick. Excellent service. Comfortable journey in a clean Mercedes. Courteous and helpful driver. Highly recommended.
Appalling service. The drivers themselves are ok and I've had no issues when I've picked them up from the rank in Salisbury. But everytime I've tried to pre-book through the app has been a horrible experience. You get an email confirming your booking but the car never arrives at the time you request. When you call the office to ask for an update be sure to start talking the second they pick up or they will hang up on you without saying anything. They will then tell you that the driver is 2 mins away without fail....only for you to wait another 10-15 mins. If you challenge them when you call back they will tell you that the driver is in traffic and it's your fault for not factoring that into your booking? Not sure what that's supposed to mean as I requested a car for when I needed it and it should be up to them to ensure the driver is there on time.... I strongly suspect the driver doesn't get assigned until the time you asked for the pick up. Because the traffic that has held the taxi up for up to 20 mins after your pick up time has always magically disappeared once you're on the road to your destination. Feel free to use their service....but be sure to book for pick up for at least 20 mins earlier than you need it to "allow for traffic".
Went to Karaoke at the Bemerton Heath social club, but sadly one of the members of our group from Socialise Salisbury look us up on facebook wasn’t very well. Some cab drivers would have left her in the lurch, but Andy had a rare sense of community spirit, and made sure we got her home safe and sound.
Excellent service and saved the day when was let down after pre booking with another company today to get to sdh for work. Luckily they had a float car and were able to pick me up last minute .
Just had a awesome experience with all the 7s taxi service, we pre booked a taxi over a week ago a wheelchair taxi and all i can say is this was one amazing experience from pick up to drop off, the driver was extremely polite and made me feel comfortable, i genuinely wont book anyone else ever
Prompt pick up and nice driver took us to Cholderton Farm. Phoned for return journey, chap very abrupt and told us no cabs available for the return journey. Just a flat no. Even though I offered to wait for an hour or more. If there are no cars available at 3pm what happens at busy times? No apology, won't use this company again. Advise owner to get politer staff.
I use this service all the time. I just found out my friend got hear Falkirk and Has a little chance of living. I change my Taxi a little chance of time . I have changed my Taxi times multiple times but giving a 10 minute 15 minute warning. I called the driver asking if I could book a time for 9:30 explain the situation in that I wouldn’t be in the most facial mindset and he just replied saying okay when do you want to pick me up you up. It was very rude and abrupt and I don’t appreciate it in the slightest. I think it is horrible behaviour. I just found out that my friend has a limited time to live told him this because I was emotional on the phone while calling for Taxi and I don’t appreciate it in the slightest.
