Good communication and quote came through timely. They were so eager they went ahead to tidy up the section without the green light - slight hiccup. It was a wee bit tricky but the way they handled themselves was outstanding. They acknowledge everything and set up finding common ground. At the end of the day, they did a good job, their service was excellent even when things were a bit sticky. I was really impressed by them, more so for the way the carry themselves and how they conduct their business - straight up, honest and fair. For that I am grateful! Brendan at Shotover Mowing is very straightforward and very helpful. His team are reliable, work to a high standard and are just lovely. My grandson is fascinated with all the equipment ! The team are friendly and it is great to know that everything is in good hands. Brendan regularly keeps in touch as the seasons change and the invoicing makes it easy to pay. Shotover Mowing have taken over a large part of the maintenance of our garden and we couldn't be happier with the work they do. Not only do they keep the lawn looking great, we've also employed them to do landscaping including the addition of garden edging, removal of concrete in preparation for planting trees and the creation of new garden beds. This has allowed us to get back to enjoying gardening without having to undertake the more difficult parts of it.
