The other day, after a long wait, I took delivery of my MG ZS EV. Throughout the test drive, purchase and waiting process, Jerry Pan was extremely helpful and patient with my numerous inquiries. Over a phone call he just guided me successfully through the "binding" of the car to my phone, what a relieve as I had already succumbed to the internet induced anxiety as a lot of people seem to have tremendous problems doing just that. It is early days but so far I am very happy with my purchase and the dealership.
We recently purchased two MG HS PHEV's. The second was from Ebbett Pukekohe and dealt with Jerry Pan. I cannot enthuse enough about the service Jerry gave us. His product knowledge and the manner in which he presented it was superb. He spent considerable time going over every function. He even followed up with his own video of every detail and function of the vehicle. If we had just drove the first one we would never have achieved the many of the attributes of the car. Well worth the trip out to Pukekohe. Incidentally we are delighted with the cars. Pat & Jane

Knowledgeable and polite staff could tell me all about the car I wanted to see and no pressure. Excellent value but difficult to test drive on Saturday. Suggest mid week test drives if possible
Friendly people and were able to get me in for a routine service with relatively short notice. Prior to booking, I asked for a quote for a comprehensive 60,000 km service, which I was provided with at just over $400. Upon picking my car up, the invoice listed that it had been serviced to manufacturer's recommendations. However, the spark plugs had not been changed, nor the Haldex fluid. These items were hundreds of dollars additional, despite being included in the service schedule. I feel this borders on deceptive, and communication of what the quote for a comprehensive service includes could certainly be improved. $450 for what amounts to an oil and filter change is a tad bit expensive.
I purchased a brand new car from them. Jerry has been a very helpful sales during lockdown. However, they need to seek a new transport company to do business. They organized a driver to deliver my new car to my home last week. The driver spent 50 mins from Pukikohe to Manukau in a Level 3 morning, which is no traffic at all. The car turned up in dirty condition, and dusty inside, and we realized that the driver travelled extra 23km. We didn't know where the driver have been with my car. I spoke to the sales manager in Ebbett Pukikohe, and wanting to know where the driver been, and why, but never got a reply.
We bought a car here in November 2018. James provided an excellent after sales service. He is always easy to contact and is very polite and friendly. I would recommend people to go here for their next car and speak to James. He will definitely take care of you during the journey.
