Hi all. I came in at around 10 am today 19 March 2025 I found a car that I wanted to buy. I stood there for about 5 to 10 minutes, nobody came. I went into reception and was totally ignored by the man at the counter. He was not on the phone. After 10 minutes I walked out. Very sad customer service.
Had my vw serviced by Ebbett Rotorua. Exceptional service, provided a loan car and my car had complimentary wash and vac! Couldn’t have asked for better service. Will of course continue to use their services in the future. Cheers Ebbett’s!
Requested a qoute for a tail light for my 2017 VW transporter via the Ebbet Rotorua web site, no response there. Phoned the parts department to request a quote and have it emailed through, Nothing!nBack to the tried and true Ebbet team in Hamilton for me. All my parts arrived in a timely manner and nothing was a problem.nGreat Job Ebbet Hamilton!
Recently purchased a VW golf second hand from Ebbett in Rotorua. Great service, had to take the car back - faulty sensor. They sorted it for me and gave a loan car in the mean time. Couldn't ask for better service from the sales team and service department. Highly recommend!
