Beautiful hotel that’s very chic and stylish. I am a regular at the Distinction Dunedin and I think the Ebb is providing a second high end stay in Dunedin. The rooms are tasteful and the shower is stunning. I’d suggest they add some instant coffee to the rooms- I love the drip option but sometimes time is not on your side for a brewing.Rooms: 5/5

We had a great stay at the EBB when we were visiting Dunedin. Great location, the room was super clean, and all the staff there were very helpful. We booked the two bedrooms suite, and the room was just beautiful. Love the art items and all the designs in the EBB building.Rooms: 5/5

Loved the hotel and enjoyed the stay, it’s a very unique concept boutique hotel for travelers with sustainability focused services. You feel very peaceful, calmed and the rooms are spacious. This will be my favourite spot to stay in the future trips to Dunedin.

Fantastic place to stay. Spacious modern decor room, super comfortable bed, staff and service absolutely the best and that was on an on the spot last minute booking Matched with an equally fantastic little cafe next door again with superior service and food. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Hotel - very central We booked 4 rooms and the Penthouse for a weekend away and we can't default this Hotel. We had breakfast every morning in the Cafe downstairs. Recommend to all, best stay in Dunedin. Recommend to everyone.Rooms: 5/5

Invited an important guest to Dunedin so booked EBB for him even though the price is higher than other hotels. Reservation confirmation clearly stated that check-in time is from 10am. The guest arrived around 10 am from airport so was tired. And was told that check-in time is 3pm. He had to wander on the street for several hours. The guest told me the hotel is clean and comfortable. Will never book a room at EBB hotel for any guest. Their customer service kept saying their policy is 3pm check-in and I had to send a request if I wanted to have early check-in". Why would I send a request if I got a booking confirmation mail saying "check-in is from 10am"?

Beautiful hotel. The attention to detail is amazing. I love the art all around the place. Drip coffee was a nice touch to the room.

Woah - what a hotel. The rooms are stunning. Beds are nice and little touches are great. Biggest bed I ever had. You’ll enjoy EBB!

Love coming to this place every time. The ambience is brilliant with green tiles and fire place at the back. Stunning views of the reception of the hotel on the right. And above all fantastic food from Master chef Alison. The service with the young smiling team is second to none. The selection of delicious delicacies in the cabinet are always tempting and the a la carte menu is well presented. Must visit place in Dunedin. Our clean plates gives you an idea how scrumptious the meals were. Alison you are so gifted when it comes to creating flavors and dishing out stunning meals. We can't keep away from this eatery. Top notch food every time and beautiful coffee.
