Great place to shop not quite the selection of some of the other stores but makes up for it in customer service.

Buy a whole lot of games to find out that I wasn’t awarded the advertised buy 1 get 1 free special as advertised. Then after having to ask them to apply the special to the purchases I find that I wasn’t made aware of the promotion of getting $20 back if I spend $50 or more. When I go back and point it out I am told that it will now be added onto my eb games membership which they should have done in the first place!. I was then told to wait nearly 2 weeks before I will get an email with my $20 voucher. After several weeks of nothing I have to then go back to the store to be be helped this time by a helpful woman who says she can see the history on her computer and writes all the details down but unfortunately can’t assist further and I am to phone the 0800 eb games number. Well that is useless because after trying each time and waiting a minimum of a half hour to still not have my call answered, no Facebook messages can be sent, phone the store back again to be told they can’t help me. Get your act together eb!

Picked up my boss's new PS4 controller from here and my friend brought a switch from here, they kept Tryna sell him the animal crossing switch

Same as any other EB games store. Good amount of stock and well set out store

Moved to the farmers complex. Kinda important to sort store lighting. It's a dingy concrete cave.

I went there for games for my daughter, which I didn't know alot about. staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, both on the phone and instore. The store is well organized and the parking is good

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not ever support this store, the people working here are extremely unhelpful and give completely incorrect advice.
