The checkout process was smooth and efficient, with the staff handling everything promptly. I also noticed that they have a good loyalty program, which is a nice bonus for regular customers. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5-star rating is that the store can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours, making it a bit challenging to navigate at times. Popped in just for a browse and had the wonderful experience of meeting Mark! He was so knowledgeable and patient with me and all of my questions, and gave me awesome advice. My partner loves the console- thanks for earning me brownie points Mark!
I'm very disappointed, I was checking out headphones, looking for some really good ones, so I already was expecting something expensive, while I was looking at this one that cost $700, this guy abord me and offered the one that cost less $150, without noise cancelation and immersive audio, what I was looking for, and then when he asked me what game I play, I just told I don't play games. And immediately he told me that he doesn't recommend his store because those headphones are for gamers and he recommended me pbtech. Like this, you lose sales. But alright, I'm not a gamer, so I won't be back there
The store staff refused to tell me what was his name and he hanged up on me, he refused to put a game on hold, I offered to pay on line, but the game is not listed on line to pay, after he find out the game is not listed online to pay, he still refuses to put the game on hold for 2-3 hours Very bad service, we never had as bad service as in anywhere, don’t go to that store.
Loved this store when I first went in. I’ve forgotten the name of the girl who served me twice in one day. I had to run and grab my son to show him what they had. Thank you girly for putting all our stuff into the school bag I bought there and even put it on my son and adjusted the straps for him. She offered me an ebgames card as a member and I’ve used it many times in other stores already. They have a decent variety too.
The staff at this store are SO helpful! Walker and Lily helped me find just what my son had asked me for, and with smiles while doing so. Great customer service is always appreciated, and you’ll find it here at the Sylvia Park store. Thank you so much!
Walker was incredible!! I was on a Xmas shopping mission with a very specific list and he called all around the country to source exactly what we wanted. Outstanding customer service!!! Totally above and beyond

She went out of our way to help us including the birthday boy and waited patiently while matters were discussed on our end. Ordered click and collect item and the website showed stock in Sylvia Park. When i went to pick it up, the product box was badly dented. I brought this to the notice of the staff member Samantha who could not care less. When i said This was a Christmas gift for someone she said that was the only piece. I was completely put off by her dont care attitude. She later offered 10% discount, when asked if anything better can be done, she said she could but would not because i was rude!! Thats such bad customer service. I would expect that a good sales person would notice the dent, be apologetic for it since it was meant as a gift and offer any best resolution. But instead i ended up being told that i am rude!!!
Your employee Walker went above and beyond in regards to helping us when we bought a new controller for the PS4. He wrote Instructions on how to pair the two controllers down which made it nice and easy for us at home. Give him a raise!!
