Ordered click and collect item and the website showed stock in Sylvia Park. When i went to pick it up, the product box was badly dented. I brought this to the notice of the staff member Samantha who could not care less. When i said This was a Christmas gift for someone she said that was the only piece. I was completely put off by her dont care attitude. She later offered 10% discount, when asked if anything better can be done, she said she could but would not because i was rude!! Thats such bad customer service. I would expect that a good sales person would notice the dent, be apologetic for it since it was meant as a gift and offer any best resolution. But instead i ended up being told that i am rude!!!
The manager that goes between botany and Sylvia park store is very helpful and resolved my issue for me which saved me another trip back to the botany store. Especially during busy holiday season, really appreciate the effort

Great Staff, very knowledgeable senior staff. They always follow-up with any enquires via the phone that I have made and overall always a pleasure popping in to get gamming equipment without any regrets. Senior staff train the new staff members well and have great patience.

Came through here to buy a headset for console, asked if it could also be used for PC and the employee didn't know. Not a biggy, still went through with the purchase and the employee mentioned there was a $10 discount on the model I got, fairly happy with the buying experience here despite the hiccup.

Ordered and paid for a console in store 3 weeks ago. Received phone call yesterday to advise that our item had arrived and that we had 48hrs to pick up - which in itself seems like a strange policy to have given the price - otherwise the item would be given the next person on the list. Asked my brother in law to pick up the next day less than 24hrs later and he was told that they had miscounted the stock and that they didn’t have a console for us. Very disappointed to say the least. When you order and pay in full ahead of time the retailer shouldn’t have the right to impose such a restrictive time period for pick up and where was the courtesy phone call to advise us of the error?
