Went in today and had to walk out again pretty soon after. This isn’t the first time either. The smell of BO was overwhelming. It’s not hard to wear deodorant guys! Won’t be revisiting until this store re looks it’s hygiene policy.
Very good staff come few time every couple of months to buy Pokémon cards and maybe some games and they don’t disappoint they have good stock and a variety of games also very clean lots of sales too which is good. Thankyou EB Games : <3
Super friendly staff. Even though they were very busy, the staff were friendly, polite and helpful to everybody who came in the store. Lots of new Pokémon stuff and heaps of specials on Christmas stuff. Happy to recommend.
Eh. It's alright. The staff are a little unprofessional and slow. The games are... Lackluster. The store setup is like something made from a rich kids basement. Those aren't insults, they're just what 6 years of going to the same place does to you. Good for buying games on sale, just make sure to check that your game/product is there online beforehand.
Plain DISGUSTING service by some weird guy on 22/11/22 @ around 11. He was Not interested in customer service at all. Not welcoming, has 0 conversation skills. Ended up buying the game from JB hi-fi new Lynn. Received great service and the steel case. One of the worst service I ever received in any store.
I love the vibe of the store always great costumer service from the staff who are always will to take the time help me find what im looking for and the store Manager Liam is super friendly and awesome to deal with will definitely recommend using this store.

Stood in store waiting for service while staff stood around yacking and the one doing the serving was just soooooo slow. Lost a 500 dollar cash sale. Wont be back until you get better staff.
My husband and I came in to enquire about ps4? The attendant when asked didnt give the time of day as if to say he judged us as if we didnt have money...and seemed as if he couldn't be bothered helping us. Well that was the last time we are going there!!! We came in to buy and not to have an attendant with bad attitude... Oh well we ended up at JBHI and they were exceptional...
Had to change my name on my account as well as some other things- Onisha was so understanding, patient, kind, and helpful that I cried lol - give her a raise or an award or something, she’s an angel!
