I managed to smash the screen on my Windows Surface Pro. I contacted 3 to 4 repair companies who either did not reply or said they couldn’t repair, but I then found Jon and nothing was a problem for him. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything so well. Speedy repair and I now have a good as new Surface Pro. So glad I found Jon, would highly recommend.
I had some unknown problems with my pc, and left a voicemail with Jon, he called me back within an hour, and when I gave it to him, the problem was resolved by the next day, with a great price! Great service and a really nice guy, couldn’t recommend enough!
Great service. Fatal 'blue screen' error meant laptop would not open. Laptop collected, problem diagnosed, repaired and returned on same day.
Delighted with the service I received today, it was an absolute pleasure to meet Jon today for the 1st time. I bought a new laptop that needed setting up and made an appointment to have the work done. Within a very short time I received a text to come and collect laptop the work had been completed. I will be returning to Eames Computer Repair to have a old Laptop repaired very soon. I would highly recommend Eames Computers, excellent workmanship and a service second to none. Thank you Jon.
If only all my tech issues could be solved this efficiently! Had a problem with an old laptop. Jon quickly same day diagnosed the issue and offered a solution which I elected to go with. Repair was completed within 2 hours. Laptop now working again. Very happy.
Took my sons pc to Jon. It had all sorts of problems which we previously tried to resolve ourselves and elsewhere. Jon is really helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. He kept us updated with everything he did and of course got it working properly. A really friendly and professional guy who genuinely cares and his pricing was really reasonable too. I would recommend Jon without hesitation.
I contacted a couple of local repair centres via Google recently to request quotes to fix my Niece's laptop which was not holding charge. I assumed the internal battery was faulty and requested a price to order and replace the internal battery. Jon replied instantly with a very reasonable quote. Once I delivered the laptop, Jon came back to me a few hours later to explain he had fixed the problem loose connection without needing to order a new battery and then reduced the bill by over 50%. I cannot recommend Jon highly enough, I will definitely use him again for any future home PC/laptop issues

My laptop took a huge fall but Jon got everything up and running in literally less than 2 hours.Incredibly fast service and very fairly priced,I am so impressed with the quality of my laptop repair.Highly recommend Jon for any of your computer repair needs!
