Guarantee:

We are members of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand and we can apply to Builtin New Zealand Ltd for a ten-year written guarantee when we are building your new home, and assist with this process. There are four guarantees available depending on your project. Terms and conditions apply.


For alterations and additions the builder can choose to raise the possibility of a guarantee with his customer, at his discretion.
