Aaron Chen, the salesperson, is exceptional at his job. We bought an X7 from him, and the process was quick and easy. He is very efficient at his job. He got someone in to appraise our trade in, he made it happen in 10 minutes or less. I'm sure East Auckland BMW takes good care of him as he is a great asset to the company. 100% professional customer service. Staff are very friendly; and service people have a full range of knowledge of their business. Tian and Aaron was an amazing person who can help all your BMW staffs.
I had a very bad experience with them. I decided to go to East BMW company to make sure that my car will be taking care of properly. But now, I don’t trust them, they are cheaters and a bunch of rip-offs. Last August 17, 2023, I went there to get my car checked as I have concerns about my car underneath and pedal brake. Then when I had a discussion with Shantelle, I agreed to let them check my engine light, control light as advised. Test drive was done. Vehicle was scanned for fault codes. Checked UNDER vehicle for any damage as this is my concern because had a bump few days ago. And they said the only problem is my battery and they’d charged it and all looks ok. And also my brake fluid is due to be replaced next month. So, as my car is due for WOF last September 26, 2023, I went there and let them do my WOF. And they informed me a lot of problems about my car. As you can see in the images I uploaded. How come you guys checked my car last August 17, 2023 and told me that my car is okay and there’s no damage underneath? and I did not even used that car for 2 weeks because I’m out of town. And I always use my car from home to work ONLY. And then when they check it last Sept26, they found damages underneath. That’s a big question for me because I trusted you guys to check my car for the first time because my main concern at that time is my car underneath!!! And then now there are damages in it! How will it occur within a month???? Please see the images! You are a bunch of cheaters and rip-offs. I do not recommend this company to anyone. This company should be audited properly as there’s a lot of complaints about them.
Every time we visit BMW East Auckland , it seems that Tian Chen is the ONLY ONE who is always busy and genuinely helping us resolve our issues. This 5-star rating is solely for him.
During my initial visit to the service center, the experience was unsatisfactory. Despite this, I decided to give them a second chance, believing that as an authorized BMW dealer, they should uphold higher standards of customer service. In summary, the BMW Service Plus, touted for its comprehensive 30-point check, appeared to be more focused on identifying issues to generate additional charges. Notably, they even imposed an extra fee for diagnostics if one opted out of proceeding with their suggested repairs. Post-service, I sought a second opinion from Euro Service in Penrose, a recognized repairer associated with my mechanical insurance. Their assessment confirmed that the replaced parts were unnecessary. It became evident that the initial service was more about extracting money from BMW owners rather than genuine maintenance needs. I ended up paying $1200 for a routine service, plus the charges they sent to the insurance despite the fact that my car was in good condition before the service with no reported issues. This experience has led me to decide against returning to that service center, especially since the insurance company clarified that it was not obligatory to use their services. This ordeal has taught me a valuable lesson about choosing service providers wisely.

A terrible experience – if you have money to burn, feel free to approach them. After getting my car serviced by them, issues started arising. A few days later, when I went to pick up my car and paid the bill, the engine light immediately came on as I was about to drive away. It's unbelievable that they returned the car without ensuring there were no problems. Immediately, I went back to confront them, but they couldn't identify any issues. Eventually, they came up with an excuse to replace a part, claiming no labor charges and offering a 30% discount on the part. Reluctantly, I let them proceed with the repair. After a few days, I paid over $300, but upon checking the part cost online, it was only $70. They lack credibility and technical competence. Since then, my car has been experiencing intermittent issues. Beware, everyone.

My experience was top notch. They've helped & communicated with me during the process of getting my brand new car. The staff there are very friendly & helpful, especially Jacky & Brenden. Very easy & straight forward when explaining everything to me. I would definitely recommend this place. Big Thanks to Jacky & Brenden though :
