If I could post a minus I would. Hamilton management is rude and disrespectful. He was unaware not only am I in the industry, but also a tem member of one of their customers. There is no need to be unkind and a bully.
Too many reckless logging trucks drivers.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Dynes Transport, with the very hot days and nights we have our house windows/doors wide open. Engine brake noise is a huge issue. So, I ask the Owners to have an urgent chat to the log truck drivers. I followed a truck 2day thru the cutting at Roseneath. The road sign was beside him just before he used his ENGINE BRAKES!! Really frustrating. I have talked to Stacey at the logs and asked her to remind the drivers and have complained to [email protected] motto is - you look after your people and their families... so can you look after ours also
Sadly I'm here to ask that Dynes talk with its drivers regarding over use of engine brakes. Ive had many a chat with Dynes regarding its trucks in the Takaka valley, they come down off the hill to the flat river valley and leave their engine brakes on. It is very loud and unnecessary. We live close to the motorway so we are used to traffic noise, normally it doesn't bother us but the Dynes trucks are so big and loud we find it intrusive. Frankly I'm tired of contacting Dynes about this for the last 5 years. Your public relations suck!!
First time using them, time will tell. Initially Ben the service manager and the lovely receptionist, were top stuff, quick and profession, thanks guys see you in a couple of days.
