I had a very interesting so called sign up with this agency yesterday and the first lady I talked to her name is mape, she was very rude, had a unprofessional attitude and hung up half way through the sign up just cause I asked her why wasn't my information relayed to her from the first caller, then I get a call back from tania trying to angrily explain how things run there now days which was fine but she was no help as well, I was once with this agency before and the staff then were amazing I don't know about the staff now days, very poor and unprofessional service I say I would never recommend this agency to anyone with those sorts of vibes, communication is key and if you don't like your job enough to communicate well then maybe your in the wrong profession.

Communication isn't very good, they assumed I knew my way around south Auckland because I live in Auckland. Not how that works and then when I entered the office in Penrose all I was asked was have I signed in and then that was that. Had multiple workers walk back and forth looking at me but nothing other than that. If you are working in a company where your face is the first face of contact you should learn how to communicate to who ever is waiting in front of you not just assume they know where to go. You are the first recruitment agency I tried but definitely the last.
Oh well Dynamite recruitment has come along way. After reading some reviews there has been improvement guys. Jewls was friendly and had me onto a consultant asap, Rachel had me sorted in no time. Big shout out to Jewls and Rachel for being amazing while seeking employment
Dynamix agency told to us that is all about the communication. So they will maybe forgot to tell you that you should go to job next day, they will maybe offer you 12h shift and after 8h in job there will be no work for you because company need you just for 8h. They will tell you that they will give you all equipment what you need for job and after hour that will call you that you should buy a working shoes and more and more. They are super nice and lot of thing doesn't work. Super unhappy.
