We received excellent service from both Alex & Daniel. They were great communicating via email & in person. Very knowledgeable & friendly! Would recommend anyone to buy a car from them.
Disappointing service. I had service there for my car. In the report, they said the airbag warning light is on. But it was never on before the service had been done. Anyway, they booked another appointment for me to check on the airbag light on another day. When I got there for the appointment on that day, I was told that it will take 4 hours to get it checked. Anyway, after 3.5 hours waiting, the report shown nothing wrong with the airbag, but I need to pay for $175 labor, this was unacceptable to me. Finally, they talked to their manager and admitted that it’s their fault to make a careless mistake to make the airbag warning light on, and they removed the labor fee for me. But I wasted 3.5 hours there waiting and didn’t get any apology from them. Very disappointed.
