I won't be skating here again until the ridiculous helmet nazi rule is overturned.nnI only skate to support my children, do not skate fast or attempt tricks.nnThe place takes no liability, yet they have decided to dictate that I now have to wear a helmet if I want to actively supervise my kids on the ice.
We were asked to put a helmet on when on the ice but told there were signs telling us that, there were no signs and we were never told before the ice, the lady who told us to wear a helmet was not wearing one. Maybe we should have been told before getting on the ice as we were not the only group for this to happen to.
Went to take my 5 teens skating at three pm during school holidays. On the door was a sign that stated the school holiday hours open until 4:45 pm. I went to go pay and they told me they were closing at 3:15. Wow. Fabulous. Thanks guys. The worst part was two of my teens met me there and were standing in the foyer waiting for nearly 10 minutes and no one could have told them? Unbelievably bad customer service.
