Perfect place for those trying to recover fitness after running down in middle age. No expensive fancy stuff like baristas or swimming pool, just what's needed at a good price with terrific staff. I was fully evaluated and walked through a personally designed program before starting on my own. Would recommend without hesitation.
Had a good workout! What a great place for over 50’s. After my pt session with Jonathan it was great to catch up with Henry who I met at dukes and had a coffee in the lounge. Can’t wait to catch up again. Thanks Duke’s
BAD ! This is a black shop. I already canceled my account pay $250. But after they still take from my bank account $51every month?
I just recently sent my mum down to check out Dukes and she loved it ! She said how friendly the staff are. Also great equipment and likes the lounge area
For anyone thats passed by and considered checking out Dukes over 50's but hasnt, set aside 10mins to have a chat with Jonathon. He will change you life for the better or your parents as in my case. Keep up the amazing work and thanks for the old fashioned hospitality!
Great place for any over 50’s wanting to escape the chaos of other health clubs, Duke’s offers a private space with great equipment, friendly staff and an environment of not just gym equipment, but massage, nutrition, club lounge and much more.
