This is the best ice-cream I’ve ever had. I had 2 vegan flavours: strawberry coconut lime and peanut butter cookie dough. It’s absolutely amazing! The peanut butter cookie dough is sweet but not too sweet and the strawberry coconut lime is fresh and light which is great to finish it off. I highly recommend Duck island Ice Cream.
This is my first time taking ice cream from them. We went there on Sunday afternoon, there was some people waiting before us but we didn't wait long. Fast service, friendly and tasty ice cream. I would recommend to my friends.
Best ice cream that I’ve ever had! It was so fresh and clearly well made. The prices were amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. Truly sad I’m not a local and can’t come back here every night!
The best ice cream I've ever had!! I think it's probably the best in the world All the staff are really nice. My best one is “fairy bread, apple pie&custard” If you don't go here, it's your loss. That's how delicious it is!
I can have the same salivating sensation in Hamilton and Wellington: always the queue, the anticipation, the difficulty picking from the large selection, the relaxed feed, then the desire to go back for more. The Flight is the best dish for quelling that desire - 8 flavours in one bowl.
Great ice-cream with lots of flavours choose at reasonable price. Would prefer better service though to allow testing on the flavours since it’s my first time to try out your brand.
Awesome ice cream shop and experience, always have a variety of yummy and creative flavours available. Includes sorbet and offers tasting samples to try before you buy. A little more pricey than your average ice cream and often busy but definitely worthwhile for a treat.
Absolutely delicious currently vegan & gluten free due to allergies with my baby & they cater to people like us & it was absolutey makes me want to buy a tub next time they had a very good variety of flavors
Loved my ice-cream, so delicious and a great positive vibe all round in the store today, staff were very polite and tidy, they got through the customers swiftly and most importantly wore a smile.... I thought the price was a little high however you get what you pay for and at Duck Island Ice-cream you pay for quality so thanks again to you ladies....
Love this place. Me and my family joke that there is Crack in the recipe because it is so addictive. Delicious definitely recommend. The line outside should tell you that their stuff is the shiz!!! And it is!!! Lovely, friendly and efficient staff. The tubs are great, too. Seriously, if you haven't tried the pecan, then you haven't lived.
