Great gym, great staff, friendly clientele, fresh classes every week, clean and has been getting regular upgrades of equipment.
I would recommend DSF to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. From the moment you walk in Denise is there with a welcoming big smile. Denise, Floyd, AM and all the trainers make the gym such a welcoming, safe & fun place. The classes are amazing and a great way to learn form & techninque while meeting other friendly faces.
